Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to God’s Own Country. Upon arrival our smiling representative will meet and greet at Cochin airport. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Later move for half day city leisure walk around the city of Cochin. Cochin which is having the best preserved history of colonial times and the ideal way to bring it alive is to take a walk down memory lane. Enjoy live Kathakali dance performance in the evening. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 2
After breakfast in the morning visit St. Francis Church, is the oldest Church built by Europeans in India and Huge, Dutch Palace. The palace has a fine collection of mural paintings depicting the scenes from the Hindu epics Mahabharata and Ramayana. Jewish Synagogue -The oldest synagogue in the world is magnificently decorated by Chinese tiles and Belgain chandeliers was built in 1568.Take a Harbour cruise ride to see the Chinese Fishing Nets moving ahead with the journey you will be escorted to your next destination, Munnar. Day 3
After breakfast, Munnar is a charming hill station in the Idukki district of Kerala. The land blessed with natural splendor looks dazzling with rocky peaks. Rolled mountains, and Manicured tea gardens, Soothing mountain air. The day at Munnar brings a sightseeing tour of the picturesque environs of the town. Day 4
After breakfast drive to Thekkady. Enroute visit Spice Plantation .There are various kinds of Spice cultivated in Thekkady. The most abundantly found spice in Thekkady. Thekkady is pepper, cinnmon, clove, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric and curry leaves on slanting slopes of the spice plantations. On arrival check in your hotel. Later visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary by boat cruise at Periyar Lake. Later visit the theatre to have a first hand experience of arts and crafts through the traditional Kairali show. After that you are free for shopping in the local market. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 5
After breakfast depart to Alleppey a town with picturesque canals, backwaters, beaches and lagoons, once described as the list of places known as Venice of the East by Lord Curzon. The most popular destination of Kerala. Renowned for its angelic beauty and picture perfect looks, On arrival check in at your hotel. Enjoy the magnificent boat ride in the backwaters, Backwaters boat ride amidst lush green vegetation at Alleppey. The highlight of the tour will be a journey on the crystal clear backwaters while cruising on a traditional houseboat. Free time for relaxation. Overnight stay at Alleppey.
Day 6
After breakfast ,check out of the hotel and proceed to Kanyakumari, Kanyakumari has been named after Goddess Parvati, one of her incarnations as Devi Kanya, who did penance on one of the rocks of this land’s end to obtain the hand of Lord Shiva in marriage, On arrival check into your hotel, relax for some time and visit Sri Kumari Amman Temple, Vivekanand Rock Memorial and Thiruvalluvar statue, You will need to use a boat to visit this beautiful memorial spot, Tri-Samudra Milan, Gandhi Mandapam. Return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 7
After breakfast depart for Trivandrum, Trivandrum is the capital city of Kerala. Enroute Visit Kanyakumari wax museum, Velli Garden and Enjoy speed boat ride at Velli Lake. ( Direct payment basis) Upon arrival check into your hotel, Later drive to world famous Kovalam beach for a walk to beautiful beaches. the Samudra ,Light House beach and the beautiful sunset from here. Day 8

Day 9
